All of the Olive Candle Co. products are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Each candle is individually bundled and wrapped to ensure that they arrive at your home or office safely. From the moment you place an order with us, we start getting your candle ready for shipment. You should expect a delivery window of 3-5 business days if you are in the U.S.A. Once your purchase is confirmed, you should receive an email confirmation as well as a tracking number to follow your candle's journey.
Upon mailing out our products, we understand that things can happen en route to your home. It is quite uncommon, but if a product is damaged or broken in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement or give you a complete refund. If your product is damaged in transit, we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the product and we will get you your replacement/refund processed as soon as possible.
